Hello Gorgeous!
Today, I wanted to talk to you guys about a foundation I just discovered that I am kind of obsessed with. I have used all kinds of foundations from powder to liquid, high end to low end.
I discovered the Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Foundation about a month ago and I have been using it everyday since. I really go for lightweight foundations with build-able coverage, and that is exactly what this foundation does for me. I also find that it is quite hydrating to my dry skin, but does not make me oily in my T-zone. The best thing about this foundation is the price, $7.99. Not only does this stuff work, but it's cheap!
I generally just apply this foundation with my fingers, and it goes on perfectly for me. I asked my friend, Live to give this foundation a try, and it worked for her too! "I don't typically use liquid foundations, but I tried this one anyway. I have been using it daily since I bought it. It covers my blemishes without clogging my pores. I love this stuff," she said.
This foundation did not make me breakout as it is oil free, and it stayed on throughout the day. I do put a translucent powder over top of it to set the foundation, but that is all! I love this stuff, and can't say enough good things about it!
I use the shade 105, the lightest shade, because I am super pale! (Just incase you guys were wondering!)
Have you used this foundation before? If so, leave a comment below as I would love to hear from you!
Have a great day, and I will talk to you very soon!
Xoxo,
Jeana

Jeana,
ReplyDeleteI am actually in the market for foundation, so I will definitely check this out. I was wondering if you have any tips for a primer?
Alyssa
Hey Alyssa!
DeleteI have only ever used two primers before and the one I like best is the Maybelline Baby Skin. I use it because it blurs pores, and my pores on my nose and cheeks are HUGE haha! I have also used one by BareMinerals that was good! Let me know if you find anything you like!!
I have never used this because I get weary with drugstore foundations-they are hit or miss for me. However, light coverage that is build able is a HUGE plus. Do you feel like it looks cakey? Or does it start to look runny as the day goes on?
